Semmel Concerts Entertainment GmbH is hosting the Touring Exhibitions Meeting 2017

 

1. Registration fees

All participants must pay the registration fee prior to arrival at the meeting venue. Participants are also requested to have a copy of their payment slip when going to the registration desk at the meeting just in case they are requested to show proof of the payment on their arrival.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

Substitution:

  • If, after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost.
  • Please advise substitutions in writing so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.

Refunds:

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to both billing@xing-events.com and batyi.daniel@semmel.de.

Participants must make sure they receive an acknowledgement of their cancellation from Xing Events.
Only this will confirm that their request has been received and processed.

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: 90% refund
  • Cancellation less than 60 days and more than 30 days before the event: 75% refund
  • Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 14 days, no refund

 

3. Liability

  • The Touring Exhibitions Meeting reserves the right to amend any part of the meeting program if necessary at any time.
  • Semmel Concerts Entertainment GmbH. will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Meeting or related events.
  • In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, Semmel Concerts Entertainment GmbH. accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
  • Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.

 

5. Privacy Legislation

In registering for the Touring Exhibition Meeting, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list for the benefit of all delegates. Normally this information would be: name, surname, institution, country, phone and email address. These details may also be available to parties directly related to the Meeting including the venues and accommodation providers. Semmel Concerts Entertainment GmbH. may use these details to inform current participants of Meeting updates or future meetings via email. Participants are responsible for advising Semmel Concerts Entertainment GmbH. if they do not wish to have their email addresses included in the delegate list.
